Here’s a quick recipe to make a delicious garlic bread from an ordinary ciabatta. All you need is a ciabatta (one you have to bake off in the oven), garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and olive oil. Fresh parsley is the best but I used dry parsley which works just fine as well. You also need a preheat oven (200 degrees celsius) and some greaseproof paper.
Slice the bread approximately three quarters deep in half and every two centimeter.
Chop the parsley and put it in a bowl, crush the garlic (3-4 cloves) and add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Now take a piece of greaseproof paper, scrunch it up and wet it under the tap. Open it and lay it down on the kitchen counter. Put the bread in the middle.
Put your garlic mix on the bread and try to put it with your fingers into the cuts you made. Try to put as many garlic inside the bread. Top it off with some more parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil as you wish.
Make a candy like present from the bread and put it in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Done! We ate it with pasta, which was amazingly good.
