Two days ago the dentist had to remove one of my wisdom-teeth so I’ve got a hole in my mouth and to make sure nothing gets stuck in it I’ve got to eat only soft, mashed and liquid food. For breakfast I eat porridge but I wanted something else for lunch today so I made banana pancakes!

It’s a super easy recipe and taste super good. All you need is a banana, cinnamon, eggs, flour and milk. Mash the banana, add an egg, some flour, cinnamon and a little bit of milk. Mix it together and bake it just like regular pancakes. You can make approximately two with these ingredients. You can also make a more healthy variant: mash the banana, add the protein of two eggs (I think that’s the right word? I mean the white in stead of the egg yolk), add some cinnamon, mix it together and bake them. They are really ‘airy’ like this, I prefer them more solid so I added some flour like in the first recipe. Both variants are perfect if you have a hole in your mouth because they are quite soft!
