If you don’t have a lot of time, this is a great meal! Michiel have made it a few times for me so now I wanted to try it out too. Though his version is slightly better as I kind of ruined the couscous by adding too much water, but it tasted just the same which is really good.
A tip Michiel gave me afterwards, if you don’t have a weighing machine and/or measuring cup you just grab a mug and do it like this: 1 mug of couscous – 1,5 mugs of water.
Everything you need: sun-dried tomatoes, cucumber, couscous, zucchini, sausages, feta cheese, curry, olives. And what’s not on the picture: garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, chili pepper
Fruit the garlic in a pan and add the sliced pepper en sausages.
Boil water for the couscous. When it’s boiling add the couscous and take it off the fire. Let it stir.
When the couscous is ready, add curry, salt and pepper.
When the sausages are ready, put them on a plate and slice them up in small pieces. Put it back in the pan and add the sliced zucchini.
Slice the cucumber, feta cheese, olives and sun-dried tomatoes and add everything together in a big bowl.
Now it’s done! You can also add some cherry tomatoes, cashew nuts or currants if you want.
