Though I made it only two times myself, pasta carbonara is already one of my favourite dishes. Still figuring out the best recipe but I’l show you how I made it last time. For a start, I followed this recipe but I used parmesan in stead of normal cheese.
What you need: spaghetti, cream, bacon, parmesan, parsley and eggs.
Heat some oil in a frypan, fry the bacon and when they are crispy, let them dry on a paper towel. Boil the spaghetti.
At the same time, combine the eggs, cheese and cream in a bowl and beat until they are mixed. Use some pepper and salt for extra taste.
When your pasta is ready, put it back in a big saucepan and add the eggs,cheese,cream mix. Add the chopped parsley and bacon.
Put it on a plate and your dinner is ready to be served!
