This is a super easy pasta to make, and super delicious in my opinion.


You need: pasta, garlic, cherry tomatoes, capers, mozzarella (not in the picture), rucola, olive oil and basil.


Heat the oil in a pan and fruit the garlic. I used a lot of oil and garlic, makes it better I think. Take it of the fire and put the chopped tomatoes and capers in. Let it stand for a while.


In the meanwhile, boil the pasta and chop the mozzarella. Mix everything together, pasta, tomatoes, rucola and mozzarella, and top it off with some basil. Bon appetit!


Some parmazan makes it even better!

    Ohh jummie, krijg er spontaan honger van. Deze is ook lekker simpel, en dat smaakt soms nog wel beter haha. Ik hou van pasta’s, wel dit soort en niet de “standaard” met rode (tomaten)saus! 😉
