As my final week in London has arrived, I though it would be nice to give you some tips about places I’ve visited. Maybe you like them as well when you come for a visit to this beautiful city. I’ve had an amazing time here and I can’t wait to come back one day.

So I wanted to start with the region I’m living in, Islington. My place is near tube station Angel and not far from the station you’ll find the lovely area of Camden Passage, which is definitely one of my favourite places in the neighbourhood. Though it’s not that that large, you can spend a lovely morning or afternoon here. There are lots of shops situated, especially vintage, and you’ll find some nice restaurants and café’s as well.

For lunch or breakfast, I went several times to the Breakfast Club, which is a lovely place to sit, eat and catch up with your friends. They have amazingly good food and the fruit drinks are delicious as well. However, keep in mind that you probably have to stand in a queue if you come on Saturday or Sunday, as there are many people who enjoy their breakfasts as well.

On the opposite of the Breakfast club, you’ll find Annie Vintage, where you can buy an extravagant dress for a gala or wedding. Lots of glitters, feathers and fur. If you walk a little bit further you’ll see lots of other vintage shops as well. Unfortunately, I have to tell you that most of the shops are quite expensive for vintage. Though the quality is very good and sometimes a lovely designer piece pops up.

For the bargains you should come to the little market. I know it’s on Saturday but I’m not sure about the rest of the week as I only went on Saturdays. There are not that many stalls but they sell very nice dresses. Fur coats for about 40 pounds and dresses from 15 pounds.

For a nice dinner, I’d recommend Med Kitchen. The menu has a wide variety of dishes from the mediterranean area. My mum loved the roasted vegetables with couscous and my salmon luigini was very nice as well. Be careful in restaurants with your tips as most of the time, they already included service costs in the bill.

That’s it for now! Hope you like the tips! Have to excuse me again for the lack of updates but I have my exams this week so I really need to focus on that. I’ll give you some more tips later this week!
